This is an update post again. I really haven’t got any bleeding edge bands being played on repeat. But, I’ll share what I have been listening to anyway. And I will put up another playlist soon. Of course, I’ve been all over the new Bombay Bicycle Club track, but here is some older stuff.
Digital / Joy Divison – The slow but pounding drums, the guitar picking getting louder and louder and the tormented screams of Ian Curtis provide for an aggressive and frightening track.
She’s Lost Control / Joy Division – Here, the drums help provide rhythm with the bass, through the dark wondering course of foreboding lyrics and dark effects from the guitar.
Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want / The Smiths – It’s simply beautiful.

“digital” links to “disorder”. doesn’t matter though, it’s my favourite joy division song. =)
