I started listening to this track and was completely confused, I heard he had changed, but Jack Peñate has undergone a musical revolution. I haven’t been this excited for an album in quite a while. I’m a bit stumped for words really. I almost never listen to a track more than once, but as soon as I heard this one, it went on repeat like crazy. It’s a really brilliant pop track, with anthem-like qualities and strong African influences. Just download it.
