EMI has prevented this track from being released officialy, so instead you can buy a lovely book with a blank CD with these words:
“For Legal Reasons, enclosed CD-R contains no music. Use it as you will.”
You’ve gone out and bought this book, but where is the music which belongs on it? Well, here is one of multiple links to get hold of the album for free.
Little Girl is my favourite track so far, not just because Julian of The Strokes is the singer. It’s a rock track, wrapped around an avant-garde precensce. The morse code, sparks of electric guitar and a disturbingly spedup vocal track help give this song a strange twist.

I quite agree, and Jules’ voice doesn’t hurt in the least =)
